Nature and purpose of processing:

The data entered by you will be stored for the purpose of personal communication with you. For this purpose it will be necessary to provide a valid e-mail address as well as your name. This will be used to match up the request or enquiry and then answer such. The provision of further data is optional.

Legal basis:

The data entered in the contact form shall be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6, paragraph 1, point f).

By providing the contact form, our aim is to make it easy for you to contact us. The details you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request or enquiry as well as for any follow-up questions.

Insofar as you contact us to request a quote, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to take steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6, paragraph 1, point b).

Data will be erased at the latest 6 months after processing of the request or enquiry.

Legal basis:

The legal basis for integrating of Google Maps and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (GDPR Article 6, paragraph 1, point a).


Visiting the website tells Google that you have opened the respective sub-page of our website. This is done irrespectively of whether or not Google provides a user account through which you are logged in. When you are logged in to Google, your data are matched up directly to your account.
