Natzan Packaging is a medium-sized family business from Lengerich in northern North Rhine-Westphalia. 
Not what you might call the big city,
but not a milk churn and Wellington boots either. Thirty years ago we started out by providing support in packaging technology from a small production shop.
In the meantime we are a shipshape operation with some 100 members of staff, copious expertise and great customers.

Without good staff we would never have managed to achieve this. This is why everyone here doesn’t just have a job
but is simply all part of it when it comes to having a good workplace and career opportunities.
Experience shows that this goes down extremely well with our colleagues and that they simply stay longer – some of them even for decades.
